You can manage your subscription online at MyAccount2.pilotonline.com or MyAccount2.dailypress.com

This is a convenient, secure way to manage your subscription 24/7. You can check your account status, enroll in EZ-Pay, make a subscription payment by credit card or check, request delivery, put in a vacation request, and more.

You can also contact customer service at  1-800-446-2005 for The Virginian-Pilot and 757-247-4800 for Daily Press. Customer service professionals are available Monday – Friday from 5:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Sunday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and holidays from 5:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
